Ursula Watson

As a child, I always felt magic in my grandmother’s kitchen: the aromas of fresh baked goods and spices, the laughter of the family at the table. Every moment was filled with warmth and love, turning simple ingredients into real masterpieces. Traveling has opened doors for me to a variety of cuisines around the world, each of which inspires new experiments. I believe that cooking should be accessible to everyone, and I strive to show how easy it is to create dishes that bring loved ones together. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
