
Sitting in my grandmother’s kitchen, I felt the magic of cooking for the first time: the aroma of freshly baked bread and the trembling excitement when her hand passed on to me the secrets of family recipes. Every dinner was a little story that united our family. Over the years, I have traveled to different parts of the world, absorbing kitchen traditions and inspiration. My goal is to bring simplicity and accessibility to cooking so that everyone can create a cozy dinner for their loved ones. Nothing compares to the moment when food brings hearts together.
