Gemma Brown

Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother rolled dough in the kitchen, and the aroma of pies filled the whole house. These memories became the basis of my love for cooking. I have always drawn inspiration from travel and the varied cuisines of the world, from the spicy Indian dishes to the simplicity of Italian pasta. Cooking for me is not only about recipes, but also a way to get together with my family, share moments and joys. I strive to show that anyone can create delicious simple dishes, and with this project I want to share my experience and love for food with you.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Culinary Arts School of Ontario.
