Raspberry compote
This compote will delight both children and adults! vitamin-packed, ideal in winter
In winter I really want berry compote! Caring housewives have been preparing berries since the summer - sealing compotes in jars, drying the berries, and freezing them in the freezer. So, it's time to look at the contents of the freezer. And there are raspberries! And my child asks for compote... It’s decided - we’ll make raspberry compote.

500 grams of raspberries per 1 liter of water should be very tasty and aromatic. But, in my opinion, there is too much sugar

Compotes are relevant at any time of the year. They are rich in vitamins, healthy and tasty. Raspberry compotes are especially tasty. I decided to cook raspberry compote. And there was just a recipe on the website. But since it’s summer now, I didn’t take frozen raspberries, like the author’s, but fresh ones. And one more change I reduced the amount of sugar and raspberries by 2 times to my taste. It turned out to be a wonderful, aromatic drink. The child really liked it. Thanks to the author for the recipe.
