Is it possible to freeze it for a while instead of cooking? It seems to me that during cooking all the vitamins are destroyed.

The cream is simply disgusting! Insanely sweet, it makes your cheekbones cringe, although I added half the amount of sugar as in the recipe. I don't know who might like this sickly buttery hell
