Hot sandwiches with pieces of sausage and cheese
A very simple, quick and filling snack! Take note! A week ago, my husband’s cousin and her family came to visit us while passing through from a neighboring city. We had them for several days, and I cooked a lot of different dishes. Naturally, there were more people in the apartment and more time was spent preparing food. But I “save” my energy on breakfasts when I prepared hot sausage sandwiches according to one simple culinary recipe. I am sharing the recipe with you.

I really love hot sandwiches and make them often, but I haven’t tried adding an egg before; one of these days I’ll report back with step-by-step photos)))

Alexandra, thank you for noticing! This is a mistake. I will ask the admins to remove it.

I often make hot sandwiches, but I don’t crumble the sausage, I just cut it into a thin layer. And the cheese - sometimes again a thin slice, sometimes I grate it and sprinkle it on top. By the way, you need less grated cheese than you need in whole slices.

Fiesta, but I like crumbled pieces of sausage on a sandwich better. It looks more fun this way.

We had them in the oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 220-230. My husband “didn’t get out of the oven.” He kept an eye on it all the time to make sure it didn’t burn. Too much for 4 servings. Made 6 servings with ingredients for 4 servings.
