Homemade sour cream toffee

The kids will be delighted! Very tasty, quick and easy! Easily. Available. Tasty. These homemade toffees are very similar to those store-bought toffees that everyone is used to. However, their taste is very original.

I'll come up with something again... Now I'll try a little toffee experiment, and if it works, I'll let you know tomorrow.

I can’t understand why sour cream is used and not cream. After all, it is a fermented milk product and can curdle when heated. But the products are so affordable that I’ll cook them anyway.

I can’t say anything definite about sour cream, but that’s what it says in the original recipe. The sour cream did not curdle.

They look very appetizing, but I would replace the sour cream with cream, then the taste will be even more delicate. And you can pour icing on top of them, they will look like delicious candies.
