First bread

Incredibly delicious bread with olives in the Italian style. Who cares, I remember very well my first bread, which I made without the help of a bread machine. Inspired by a friend’s party, her incredible charm combined with a table bursting with an abundance of excellent food and wonderful bread, I finally decided for the first time to bake bread not in a bread machine, but simply in the oven according to this friend’s culinary recipe. I did everything very carefully, because this was my first experience. But there is a first time for everything and, contrary to the proverb, the first thing is not always a disaster. At least the bread turned out pretty good.

I prepared it, I’ll post a photo today or tomorrow,) Time: it took 10 minutes to knead the dough, then I left it for 20 minutes to rise, then 5 minutes to make a roll with olives and put it on a baking sheet and it took me 30 minutes to prepare)) Total : 1 hour 5 min. I would like to note that the recipe is very difficult to read from my point of view, despite the simplicity of the recipe itself.

Not long ago I was given an automatic bread maker. For the last two months we have been eating bread that was baked in it. At first I used recipes from the book that came with the stove. Today I tried this recipe and the bread turned out great!! And the olives added such a twist..
