Aubrey Watson

Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother worked miracles in the kitchen, and the aromas of fresh baked goods filled the house. Family gatherings around the table were always moments of joy and warmth. Each generation brought something different to our cooking, and I absorbed inspiration from different cultures, trying dishes from Italy, Thailand and Mexico. My goal is to show that anyone can cook. No chef or complicated recipes needed; the main thing is desire and a little love. Cooking is a gift available to everyone, and I am happy to share my experience with you!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Innovation and Food Technology at Niagara College.
