Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother’s kitchen smelled of fresh pies, and preparations for the winter turned into family rituals. These moments gave me a love for cooking, filling it with meaning and warmth. In each recipe, I find inspiration in the diversity of world cuisines: from savory Thai curries to flavorful Italian pastas. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, because simplicity does not exclude taste. I believe that food brings people together and creates memories that stay with us forever.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
