Since childhood, I remember my grandmother making pies, filling the house with aromas that warmed the soul. These moments brought our family closer together, and it was in these cozy evenings that my love for cooking was born. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of cuisines, from Italian pasta to Japanese sushi. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, regardless of skill level. I strive to make cooking accessible and joyful, because the best recipes are those collected with love and strong family traditions.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts Management at University College Birmingham.
