From my first steps in the kitchen, with my grandfather's humorous advice on how to make the perfect pancakes, I fell in love with the magic of cooking. My family gathered around the table, where every recipe was imbued with stories and love, and I realized that food brings us together. Traveling the world, filling my soul with a variety of tastes - from the spiciness of Thai cuisine to the sweetness of Italian desserts - I decided that everyone can create culinary masterpieces. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone and inspire everyone to cook with joy and love.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
