Memories of grandma's kitchen warm your heart and inspire you to create new masterpieces. Every morning began with the aroma of fresh bread, and the evenings were shrouded in the haze of a home-cooked dinner with the family. This love of food and the ability to share it with loved ones became my guiding stars. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the vibrant flavors and traditions of different cuisines, which gave me the understanding that each cuisine is unique, but unites us. My goal is to show that anyone can cook deliciously and with soul, and that there is nothing complicated in the kitchen.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Northwest Culinary Institute.
