From early childhood, the kitchen for me was a place of magic and warmth, where the aromas of my grandmother’s dishes created an atmosphere of comfort and family happiness. Every Sunday we gathered around the table, discussing the news and enjoying the variety of tastes. These moments inspired me to explore the culinary traditions of different peoples, because there is history and culture hidden in every cuisine. My goal is to share simple, accessible recipes with you so that everyone can experience the joy of cooking and create unforgettable moments with loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at HTMi, Hotel and Tourism Management Institute Switzerland.
