Since childhood, the kitchen has been my big world, where my grandmother made magic with simple ingredients. We gathered with the whole family at the table, shared stories and joy, and the aroma of fresh baked goods was forever etched in our memory. Traveling has exposed me to a variety of tastes, from spicy Indian curries to fresh pastas from Italy. My goal is to make cooking accessible and understandable. I want to share simple recipes that will inspire everyone to create their own little culinary masterpiece and enjoy spending time with family at the table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Innovation and Food Technology at Niagara College.
