STEP 1

The first recipe. We take tea and herbs and put them together in a teapot. pour boiling water and leave for fifteen minutes. With this method of preparation, any black or green tea will lose all its properties, and you will simply enjoy a pleasant-tasting drink.

Recipe three. Pour the herb mixture with water and bring to a boil. Cover with a warm cap and leave for an hour. Mix the resulting decoction with freshly brewed tea of your choice.

Additionally, herbal tea can be brewed separately from black or green tea. With this method of preparation, take 1 tablespoon of herbs per glass of water. This tea should be steeped for about half an hour. Can be consumed both hot and cold.
