Excellent rhubarb compote, the recipe couldn’t be simpler. 10 minutes - and you're done. Unfortunately, I didn’t have pure hibiscus, so I used a tea mixture that contains it. Adding hibiscus is a great idea, I’ll definitely buy it for the summer in compotes for flavor.
