Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother prepared aromatic dishes, their smells filled our house and created a feeling of comfort. Memories of family dinners, where every recipe is a story, inspired me to discover the culinary traditions of different countries. I draw inspiration from the world's customs, from Italian pasta to Indian spices, and I assure you that cooking can be simple and accessible.
