As a child, I enjoyed watching my grandmother cook in the kitchen: the aroma of fresh bread and soup filled the house with warmth. These moments became the foundation of my passion for cooking. Family has always been the center of my world, and I strive to convey that warmth by creating dishes that bring people together. While traveling, I absorbed the aromas and tastes of different cuisines of the world, each of which inspired new experiments. I want to show that cooking is simple and accessible to everyone. Together we can create comfort and joy in any kitchen!
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
