Carmen Harris

Since childhood, the kitchen has been my favorite place: my grandmother whispered the secrets of her dishes, and my mother captivated me with the aromas of fresh baked goods. Every Sunday we gathered with the whole family at the table, and these were moments filled with joy and laughter. While exploring different cuisines of the world, I drew inspiration from tradition, turning them into my own unique recipes. For me, cooking is not only an art, but also an opportunity to bring people together. My goal is to show that anyone can cook deliciously and simply, because food is a universal language of love.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at West Coast University of Applied Sciences.
