Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a place of magic, smiles and family traditions for me. Every morning began with the smell of freshly baked bread, and in the evenings we gathered around the table, sharing stories and laughter. My grandmother taught me the basics, but true inspiration came when I began exploring cuisines around the world, from the spiciness of Thai food to the smoothness of Italian pastas. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Escuela Universitaria de Hostelería y Turismo de Sant Pol de Mar.
