Samantha Rodriguez

Since childhood, I heard the hissing in the frying pan and the aroma of homemade dishes that my mother cooked. For our family, the kitchen was a place where we gathered around the table, laughed and shared stories. I have always dreamed of learning the cooking secrets of different parts of the world. Inspiration comes from grandma's recipes and vibrant spices from distant lands. My goal is to show that everyone can cook deliciously and simply, even those who are taking up a frying pan for the first time. Together we will create comfort, fill the house with aromas and make every day a holiday!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
