Since childhood, the kitchen has been my refuge, filled with the aromas of my mother’s borscht and grandmother’s pies. Every moment spent with my family at the table filled my soul with warmth and joy. Traveling to different countries revealed to me the amazing secrets of the world's cuisines - from spicy Indian curries to fresh Italian pastas. These memories inspire me to create simple and accessible recipes so that everyone can experience the magic of cooking. My goal is to show that cuisine doesn’t have to be complicated, but, on the contrary, it should bring joy and bring people together.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Service Management at Johnson & Wales University.
