Since childhood, kitchen aromas have been my faithful companions. I watched my grandmother cook with love, and each of her recipes became a saga about our family. These moments filled my soul with a passion for cooking. Over time, I discovered the versatility of the world's cuisines, inspired by the spices and traditions of different countries. My goal is to show that cooking is easy and enjoyable, and that anyone can create a cozy meal for their loved ones. In my recipes I convey not only technology, but also the warmth of the hearth.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at South Seattle College.
