Violet Jones

As a child, I watched with interest my mother as she worked in the kitchen, filling the house with magical aromas. Every Sunday turned into a small holiday, and the old cookbook became my guide. Family feasts are those moments when life comes down to love, laughter and delicious food. As I travel the world, I absorb a diversity of cultures and recipes that highlight how cooking is a language that everyone understands. My goal is to show that anyone can cook deliciously and simply, because the main thing is the soul put into each dish.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Southern New Hampshire University.
