Since childhood, the kitchen has been my solace. I remember kneading dough for pies with my grandmother, and her stories about family recipes warmed my soul. Growing up surrounded by smells, spices and smiles, I discovered that cooking is not just a chore, but an art that brings people together. Studying the cuisines of different countries, I was inspired by unique traditions and flavors. My goal is to show that anyone can cook deliciously and with soul, regardless of experience. As I travel the culinary world, I hope that my recipes will bring joy and inspiration to your homes.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
