As a child, I watched with bated breath as my grandmother created magic in the kitchen. Each dish was associated with family traditions and stories. These memories inspired me to pursue a culinary path where I explore different cultures and flavors of the world. I believe that cooking is not only an art, but also a joy that everyone can experience.
