Since childhood, the kitchen has been my favorite place. I watched with curiosity as my grandmother prepared her signature dishes, filling the house with the aromas of love and warmth. Family dinners became a real tradition, where everyone shared their culinary discoveries. Traveling around the world, I drew inspiration from a variety of cuisines: spicy curries from India, delicate pastas from Italy, exotic spices from the Middle East.
