Since childhood, in my grandmother’s kitchen, where the aroma of freshly baked bread mixed with the smell of fragrant herbs, my love for cooking began. Family dinners were real holidays, where each plate reminded of warm moments. Traveling exposed me to a variety of world cuisines: from the spicy curry of India to the fresh rolls of Japan. Now I want to share this passion with you, to show how simply and affordably you can create culinary masterpieces at home.
