Since childhood, I remember my grandmother cooking in the kitchen, filling our house with the aromas of spices and fresh baked goods. Family dinners were a real holiday, where everyone was involved in creating the dishes. These memories inspired me to explore cuisines around the world, from Italian pasta to Indian curry. My goal is to show that cooking doesn't have to be difficult: anyone can create great dishes, even if they don't have a culinary background. Through my website I want to share simple and accessible recipes that will warm the soul and bring families together.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Ferrandi Paris.
