A wonderful recipe for making pizza without long proofing! I kneaded the dough into 4 portions, taking 0.5 cups of water and 1.5 cups of flour. Added 0.5 tbsp to warm water. l. sugar and about 4 g of dry yeast. Sugar replaced honey. I sifted the flour, added a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, diluted yeast, and kneaded the dough. I let it stand while I started filling it myself. When the filling was ready, I divided the dough into two parts, rolled one out to the size of a large cast-iron frying pan, and put the second in the freezer for storage. I greased the dough layer with 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise. Instead of 0.5 tbsp. l. I took 0.5 tsp of ketchup. tomato paste, applied it on top of mayonnaise. I laid out diced sausage and tomatoes and covered everything with grated cheese on top. I baked a pizza made from yeast dough stuffed with sausage and tomatoes for 30 minutes at 220°. I set this temperature due to the characteristics of my oven. The pizza was well baked, the filling turned out juicy, the dough was thin, as I planned, soft, with good taste. This is despite the fact that it was used immediately after mixing! A wonderful recipe for quick and tasty cooking! Thank you very much!

Is it necessary to knead and proof the dough?
