Select medium-sized, dense tomatoes, no matter whether they are round or oval in shape. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and remove the stem.

Peel the garlic and bell pepper. They need to be ground in a food processor, blender, or grated and mixed.
STEP 4
The carrots also need to be peeled and grated on a medium grater.
STEP 5
Wash and finely chop the greens.
STEP 6
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix vinegar with vegetable oil, salt and sugar, mix well.
STEP 7
Take any container with a sealed lid, maybe a jar. We begin to lay out the tomatoes in layers: first, cut the tomatoes upwards, top them with a mixture of bell pepper and garlic, then sprinkle with black and red ground pepper. Top with carrots and greens, and repeat.
STEP 8
I did it in two layers. Pour the marinade evenly over the top.
STEP 9
Close the lid and turn it upside down. We put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 10
After 8-10 hours our appetizer is ready. You can store Korean-style tomatoes for several days in the refrigerator, but you no longer need to turn them upside down. Bon appetit!
