I enjoyed making the summer cucumber and tomato salad! This is the most beloved and frequent guest on the table all summer until late autumn. For the salad, I tried to find the freshest and juiciest vegetables. I purchased cucumbers from a local greenhouse and cut off the skin in places. The bell pepper was red with thick walls. There were no green onions, so I replaced them with a couple of small heads of onions. I mixed the chopped vegetables, salted them and mixed them again to get a delicious juice). When I made the dressing, I decided to lightly marinate finely chopped onions in it, literally for 5 minutes. Thanks to this, the onion became tasty, not bitter, with a slight citrus sourness. In general, fragrant lemon juice complements fresh vegetables very well! We eat the healthiest and most delicious salad either on its own or in addition to meat and fish.
