I used the recipe for cabbage rolls sauce to stew these same cabbage rolls). The recipe is simple and straightforward. I like the combination of sour cream and tomato. I tried to chop the onion as finely as possible so that my daughter wouldn’t notice it. And I grated the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry carrots until soft. My tomato paste is frozen, so I put it in a frying pan along with water. And then sour cream. To prevent the sour cream from curdling, first dilute it with warm water and then add it into the sauce in portions. At the same time, she constantly stirred the contents of the pan. Added garlic, salt, dried dill and paprika. I simmered the sauce for about five minutes. And then she poured the cabbage rolls over them and stewed them. The sauce was textured thanks to the vegetables and tender due to the addition of sour cream. Tomato gives the desired consistency, as well as a pleasant sourness. Stuffed cabbage rolls became very tasty after stewing in this sauce! Thanks for the recipe!
