For a snack I made sandwiches with egg and cheese on fried bread. It turned out quickly, especially since the eggs were already boiled in advance. I fried the loaf pieces in a grill pan. In addition to eggs, I added Russian cheese, garlic, and a little dill to the filling. I seasoned it all with sour cream instead of mayonnaise and added salt to taste. I made sandwiches with egg and cheese. For the base I used a bran loaf. I fried the slices in a dry frying pan. I grated boiled eggs, cheese, garlic, added dill, black pepper, and mayonnaise. Mixed everything thoroughly and spread it on pieces of fried loaf. Already at this stage it turned out very tasty!
