STEP 1

How to make egg and cheese sandwiches? Prepare your food. In addition to baguette or loaf, you can take any other bread that you like or have in stock. It will be delicious with both black and whole grain. You can leave the sandwiches undecorated or decorate them with whatever you like. I had some cucumber and red caviar on hand.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs first and cool. Peel the shells and grate them on a medium grater. It's better not to use a large one - large pieces will fall out of the spread. This will result in a more homogeneous mass.
STEP 3

Also grate the cheese on a medium grater. I took semi-solid, melted will also work well. Read about how and what kind of cheese to replace hard cheese in the recipe at the end of the recipe.
STEP 4

Wash the greens and dry well. I took dill, but any other one you like or have will do. Trim the hard branches and finely chop the greens themselves.
STEP 5

Place grated eggs, cheese, and chopped herbs in a bowl. Peel and chop the garlic cloves in any way - through a press, with a knife or on a grater. Add garlic to other foods. Put mayonnaise there too. Salt and pepper to taste. Don’t add a lot of salt at once - then try the ready-made spread.
STEP 6

Mix all products until smooth.
STEP 7

Cut the bread into thin pieces. If you have a loaf or a loaf, then you can cut out identical circles from the pieces with a glass or glass, it will turn out smoother and more beautiful. Toast the bread pieces in a regular or grill pan until crispy. You can add oil, but I prefer to fry without it.
STEP 8

Spread the cheese mixture on the bread. In principle, the sandwiches are already ready. But they can be diversified by placing something else on top - pieces of smoked sausage, sprats, fresh or pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, olives.
STEP 9

I decorated the sandwiches with fresh cucumber roses, caviar and herbs.
