    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Place the chopped onion in a bowl and cover with cold water. Add vinegar. Leave to stand for 25-30 minutes to marinate the onions. It will become very fragrant. Then place the onion in a strainer and drain off all the liquid. Sprinkle a little water.

    Pour water over the eggs, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs by pouring cold water over them. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.

The salad is very tender) I just made it yesterday)) although I didn’t have cucumbers, I added finely chopped cabbage. Of course, it would have been fresher and juicier with cucumbers, but there were none.... The salad is excellent - prepared from what is almost always in the refrigerator.
