STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken and pickled onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions for the salad are approximate and you can change them a little to your taste. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water in advance for about 30 minutes and cool.
STEP 2

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Place the chopped onion in a bowl and cover with cold water. Add vinegar. Leave to stand for 25-30 minutes to marinate the onions. It will become very fragrant. Then place the onion in a strainer and drain off all the liquid. Sprinkle a little water.
STEP 3

Pour water over the eggs, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs by pouring cold water over them. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
STEP 4

Transfer the chopped chicken to a bowl in which you will mix all the ingredients. Add chopped eggs to the chicken.

Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes and add to the salad.
STEP 6

Next add chopped tomatoes and chopped fresh herbs. The greens can be any: dill, parsley, green onions. Next, add the prepared pickled onions to the salad.

Season the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream and mix everything. Cool the salad a little so that all ingredients are at the same temperature.
