If you have it frozen, then you should first defrost it (remove it from the package, and after a few minutes separate the plates from each other and leave for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature). I use yeast-free dough; if you use yeast dough, the cooking time will increase. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

    Divide the defrosted dough into two layers (I originally had two squares). Roll out one layer a little in different directions with a rolling pin. If you want the dough to be more fluffy, then do not roll it out too much (or just stretch it in different directions with your hands). Line a baking tray with baking paper and place a rolled out layer of puff pastry.

    Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Spread the grated cheese evenly onto the first sheet of dough, not reaching 1.5 - 2 cm from the edges.

    Roll out or stretch the second sheet of dough with your hands to the same size as the first. Cover the filling with the second sheet of dough, pressing the dough together around the entire perimeter of the pie.

Hello, lovers of delicious food! I made the pie according to the recipe and it turned out very tasty. One little secret in making baked goods from puff pastry, ATTENTION - before putting the dough on the paper, I put the baking sheet in the oven, it heats up a little, then I put the paper and grease it well with butter, since the baking sheet is warm, the butter melts, and the dough itself then it tastes creamy! This always gives pleasure) There was no sesame, unfortunately, but this does not play a big role. Of course, the main thing is the main ingredients. You can add absolutely any cheese, this will make the taste slightly different, I prefer the classic (Russian). The pie itself smells just wonderful, but it goes without saying - fluffy, slightly crispy puff pastry and delicate, still warm cheese. I advise all lovers of truly delicious food to try cooking this. The recipe and description correctly say that even a beginner can cook this! The pie according to Anna's recipe is truly a godsend. Making a layer cake with cheese using this recipe is a pleasure. Minimum ingredients and time, maximum pleasant taste sensations. My family appreciated both the delicate layered structure and the filling – very cheesy, moderately hot and spicy. In addition to the cheese, I used some herbs in the filling. I make a similar pie, I call it “Snack”. At any holiday it flies away instantly. I use puff pastry. And the filling is grated cheese, egg, sour cream and garlic. By the way, I didn’t think of using processed cheese. I'll definitely try it, thanks for the recipe.
