Pizza is a way for us to snack on something tasty, and I also serve it for lunch with first courses. The dough for this pizza was mixed in no time. The proportions are ideal, the dough is soft, pliable, and kneads perfectly. My little bun has grown noticeably in half an hour. I rolled out the dough directly on a greased table. I transferred the base into a glass mold using a rolling pin without any problems. The tomato sauce was made from homemade ketchup with the addition of Provençal herbs and freshly ground black pepper. The ketchup itself is sweet and sour, the sauce turned out delicious) I used boiled sausage, and cut the champignons into slices and fried them a little, it tastes better to me. By the way, I liked sprinkling cheese on the base and then on top. It turns out tastier and juicier this way. I baked the pizza for 15 minutes, it had time to brown and the cheese had melted. I served it with cheese soup, it was very tasty)
