Making pizza is a pleasure! It's much easier than making mince pies. That’s why I make pizza often, and I love it for its thin dough and delicious filling. Today I made a recipe for pizza in the oven with sausage, cheese and tomatoes. Looking at the list of ingredients, I saw the simplest products in it. For the filling I took Krakow type sausage, hard cheese, a small tomato and tomato paste. I kneaded the dough in water - my favorite version of yeast dough. The crumb is soft, porous, with a pleasant bready taste; it goes well with the filling. My dough rose well, it was just enough for one large pizza. I baked it in a wide cast iron frying pan for 30 minutes at 220° (this is the operating temperature of my oven). It turned out delicious! The crumb came out thin, the filling was juicy and very appetizing! Thank you very much for the recipe!
