When the brine has become cloudy, place the peppers in a sterilized jar with a wide neck, pressing tightly. Drain the brine from the jar. Make a filling from the remaining brine: add 4 cups of water to a glass of brine and boil. Pour boiling brine over the peppers. You will need very little brine - after all, the peppers should be packed very tightly. Store in the refrigerator or basement under simple nylon lids.
