Pasta with salmon in creamy sauce
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make pasta with salmon in creamy sauce? Prepare the necessary products. I took pre-prepared salmon fillet. If you are using whole fish, defrost it first and remove the skin and bones. Pasta can be taken in any shape, but preferably not too small. An alternative to olive oil is any vegetable oil.
STEP 2

Dry salmon fillets with paper towels. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
STEP 3

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater. With parmesan, the pasta will be especially aromatic, with a pleasant, slightly islandy taste. You can use any other hard cheese. But it is advisable to take a good quality product that melts well, then the sauce will be truly tasty.
STEP 4

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add salmon pieces. If possible, take a frying pan of a suitable size so that the fish pieces fit in one layer. This way they will fry evenly and at the same time.
STEP 5

Fry the salmon pieces over moderate heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, turning occasionally.
STEP 6

Salt the fish, add aromatic herbs and spices to taste. For example, ground black pepper would be quite appropriate. Add salt depending on the saltiness of the cheese.
STEP 7

Add cream to the fish and stir. Bring to a boil and simmer the fish over low heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 8

Place most of the grated cheese in the pan, stir until completely dissolved. Reserve some cheese for serving (optional).
STEP 9

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. The pasta should be a little hard inside. You can follow the instructions on the packaging. Place the finished pasta in a colander to drain.
STEP 10

Place the hot pasta in the pan with the fish and sauce, stir. Warm the paste over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 11

Serve pasta with salmon, sprinkled with grated cheese and finely chopped dill or parsley. Bon appetit!
