Oyster mushrooms in the oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the necessary products. You can bake oyster mushrooms in the oven in different ways, but the most delicious and fastest way is to create chops from oyster mushrooms. This dish can be served with any side dish or sauce, as an independent snack, or taken with you to work or on a trip.
STEP 2

Rinse the entire mushroom bunch in water and cut the mushrooms from it, trying to act carefully without damaging any of the oyster mushrooms.
STEP 3

Place the mushrooms on a board or in a small bag and beat lightly with a mallet. Only slightly, especially near the mushroom stem - the mushroom is denser there. You don’t have to pick off the caps if the oyster mushrooms are too fragile.
STEP 4

Place the chopped mushrooms on a plate or dish, one by one, to make them easier to pick up. If you don’t have free time, you can skip the beating step, but then you will need to increase the baking time by 5-6 minutes.
STEP 5

Break the chicken eggs into a deep plate or bowl and add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Since beaten mushrooms are very tender and fragile, there is no need to salt and pepper them; you can simply add the indicated spices to the egg mass.
STEP 6

Beat the eggs with spices into a foam, place the beaten oyster mushrooms in it so that the egg mass envelops the mushroom on all sides.
STEP 7

Pour breadcrumbs into a deep container, roll the mushroom in them. Thus, roll all the beaten oyster mushrooms first in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
STEP 8

Grease the parchment paper with vegetable oil - a prerequisite, otherwise your dish will not be removed from the baking sheet. Transfer the paper to a baking sheet. Lay out all the mushroom preparations. Preheat the oven to 180 C, bake the mushroom chops for about 10-12 minutes if baking them in a preheated oven, and 15-18 minutes if you placed them in a not yet preheated oven. Remove the baking sheet with oyster mushrooms and let the dish cool.
STEP 9

Remove the baked breaded mushrooms from the baking sheet and place on a platter or plates. Serve along with fresh herbs, vegetables, porridge, sauces, etc.
