Thanks to the recipe for a beauty salad made from oatmeal, it was possible to diversify the usual summer salad of cucumbers and tomatoes. The combination of softened raw flakes with vegetables seemed to me to be neutral in taste, while the flakes made the salad more satisfying, it was quite enough for a full dinner.
