I didn’t add any spices, but simply fried the minced meat with onions. To the sour cream I added a little mayonnaise with green pea brine, a little water, salt and coarsely grated cheese. I put the minced meat in a mold, topped with some green onions and small spinach leaves, poured the sauce over it and set it to bake. It turned out incredibly delicious! I recommend!
