STEP 1

How to marinate cheese? Prepare your ingredients. You can marinate almost any cheese in this way: mozzarella (brine and regular), feta cheese, etc. I used regular hard cheese.
STEP 2

Cut the cheese into small cubes.
STEP 3

Wash the chili pepper, dry it and cut it into slices. To make the cheese not too spicy, the seeds can be removed if desired. I used two types of chili peppers - green and red. Peel the garlic and cut into petals.
STEP 4

Place cheese, herbs, chili pepper, and garlic in a prepared, clean, dry jar, alternating.
STEP 5

Pour olive oil over the cheese. You may need a little more or a little less, depending on the volume of the selected container.
STEP 6

Close the jar with a lid and put it in a cool place for 2-3 days. During this time, the cheese will be saturated with oil and spices, it will become aromatic and spicy, you can taste it. Store marinated cheese in the refrigerator for no longer than 2-3 weeks.
