Liver in flour

Tender, appetizing, juicy and very tasty! Liver in flour is a simple, but delicious dish. Thanks to the breading, all the juices remain inside the liver, making it very soft. Using the same technology, you can prepare pork or chicken liver.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry liver in flour? Prepare your food. Thaw the liver, if it has been frozen, by first transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. I advise you to leave the liver a little hard, then it will be easier to cut.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rinse the liver and dry well. It is important to do this very carefully, otherwise it will boil and not fry. Cut the liver into 1 cm thick pieces, add salt and leave for 10 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then lightly beat the pieces on both sides. To prevent liver juice from scattering in all directions, you can cover it with cling film.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place flour in a flat plate. Dredge the liver pieces in flour.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan over high heat. Place the liver on it and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the pieces. Remove the livers from the pan onto a plate.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the onion in the same pan where the liver was fried. Fry it over medium heat until translucent.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Return the liver to the pan and fry along with the onion for about 5 minutes. There is no need to fry it any longer, it will become tough. Serve the liver immediately to the table, with any side dish or vegetables. Bon appetit!

I prepared a simple liver dish, but nevertheless very tasty: liver in flour. I washed the liver, dried it, cut it into portions and salted it. Pieces of liver were slightly broken off. I rolled the liver in flour and fried it in vegetable oil. Placed the fried liver on a plate. I cut the onion into half rings and fried it in a frying pan. Added liver and stirred. The liver turned out to be the most tender and delicious!
