STEP 1

How to make layered salad with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless chicken meat for salad. Breast fillets or drumstick fillets are suitable for this. Take any cheese to suit your taste.
STEP 2

Wash the potatoes and carrots, cover with water and boil in their skins until soft. There is no need to clean it in advance. Cool the prepared vegetables, then peel them.
STEP 3

Boil chicken meat in boiling water for about 30 minutes. add a little salt. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.
STEP 4

Wash the champignons. Peel the onion. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes. During frying, the mushrooms will decrease slightly in size and the onions will become soft. Cool the fried mushrooms. You can get rid of excess oil with a paper towel or napkin.
STEP 5

A serving ring will be used to assemble the salad. You can also collect the salad directly in the salad bowl. Place the serving ring on a plate. Finely chop the chicken meat and place it in the ring as the first layer. Press it down a little. Coat all layers of salad with sour cream or mayonnaise. You can coat it alternately to make the salad more tender.
STEP 6

In between, add a layer of fresh herbs. The interesting taste will be the presence of green onions.
STEP 7

Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater and place in the next layer on top of the onions.
STEP 8

Next is the mushroom layer.
STEP 9

Place grated eggs in the next layer.
STEP 10

The top layer will be grated boiled carrots. Press it firmly and remove the serving ring.
STEP 11

I use very little cheese, just to decorate the salad. But you can make a full layer of cheese. Cool the finished salad a little in the refrigerator and serve. Bon appetit!
