STEP 1

How to make chicken cutlets in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take a large egg. It's better to make minced meat yourself. If you use only chicken breast fillet for minced meat, the cutlets will be more dietary. I took the breast and thighs.
STEP 2

To knead the minced meat, take a large, deep bowl with a rounded bottom. Wash the egg with soap, dry it with a towel or napkin and break it into a bowl. Add semolina.

Mix well to combine and leave for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina absorbs the liquid and softens.
STEP 4

Peel the onion and garlic, rinse, chop with a knife and add to the minced meat. The finer the cuts, the faster they will cook and the cutlets will look neater. Add salt and spices. I only added ground black pepper as a spice.
STEP 5

Knead the minced meat for the cutlets thoroughly. If the minced meat is too dry and difficult to knead, add a little boiled cold water and continue kneading. It should turn out soft and tender, but not watery.
STEP 6

To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands, wet your hands with warm water or vegetable oil and form oblong or round cutlets. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the cutlets at a short distance from each other. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes on top-bottom mode.
