  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry hot sandwiches in a frying pan with cheese and sausage? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. If desired, the set of products used can be changed. The cheese must be hard, which melts when heated, and you can take any variety to your taste. You can also use any sausage according to availability and taste, boiled or semi-smoked; even milk sausages will do.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

The loaf does not have to be fresh; “yesterday’s” baked goods are also perfect; they will crumble less when cut. But, of course, you don’t need to use very old bread. Cut the loaf into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat chicken eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Using a whisk or mixer, mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Cut the sausage into small cubes or strips, whichever you prefer.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Grate the hard cheese.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

I used bell pepper as a vegetable addition; it adds a pleasant flavor to the sandwiches. You can use tomatoes, but the tomatoes must be firm so that when cutting them into cubes, the juice from the vegetable does not begin to stand out, and the tomatoes themselves do not turn into puree. Fresh herbs will also make the appetizer aromatic. I used a mixture of fresh parsley, dill and a sprig of cilantro. You can use any greens. Wash the greens and chop them finely with a knife.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add sausage, hard cheese, bell pepper and herbs to the egg mixture. Mix the ingredients. The sandwich filling is ready.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Apply filling to each piece of loaf.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom and heat it well (it is important that the mixture on the sandwiches immediately sets when placing them in the frying pan, otherwise it may stick to the bottom of the frying pan). Place the hot sandwiches in the pan, spread side down. Fry the sandwiches over medium heat for 5 minutes. Toward the end of frying, you can cover the pan with a lid so that the egg mixture is thoroughly baked.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Then turn the sandwiches upside down and keep them on the fire for a few more minutes until they become crispy. Serve the cheese sandwiches hot in the pan. Bon appetit!

Simple, convenient and everyone likes it. When you urgently need to prepare something for a snack, these sandwiches will help out. You can make a mini-pizza like this on bread. And the filling doesn’t fly apart because the sandwiches are baked.

On Saturday morning, when a sleepy family gathers at the table, you really want to feed everyone something tasty. But so as not to waste a lot of time. Hot sandwiches solve this problem. I found this wonderful recipe. I made some minor changes and added tomatoes instead of bell peppers. To prevent them from leaking in a hot frying pan, I removed the seedy center and cut only the elastic walls. I decided to grate the boiled sausage on a coarse grater to make the filling more uniform. I added dried vegetables as spices. The sandwiches turned out great! They fried quickly, everyone was happy. Very tasty, reminiscent of pizza.

For breakfast I made hot sandwiches in a frying pan with cheese and sausage. I had frozen bell peppers, I used milk sausages instead of sausage, I didn’t add greens to the filling, I decided that it was better to add them when serving. When turning the sandwiches over in a frying pan, the filling in some places tried to separate from the slices of the loaf, I of course “put it” in place using a silicone spatula, but next time I will grate not only the cheese, but also the sausage, I think that a more uniform filling will be better stay on the loaf. And the taste turned out well: juicy, appetizing! Thanks for the recipe, Snezhana!

How masterfully you have to lay sandwiches on a frying pan so that everything doesn’t fly apart! Can Snezhana come over for your sandwiches? Somehow I probably won’t be able to cook them so deftly myself.
