I want to share my impressions of preparing this dish. I spent 1 hour 40 minutes on all the preparation. I prepared the eggplants, soaked them for 50 minutes, quickly stuffed them and put them in the oven. baked for 40 minutes over medium heat. Everyone in the household really liked the dish. The baked eggplants turned out juicy and flavorful.
